DESCRIPTION:
The Rotary AHU Pre Filter Cleaning Machine is specifically designed for efficient cleaning of AHU Filters in a single batch process, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and complete drying of the pre-filter. This top-loading rotary machine features automatic pneumatic door opening and closing, ensuring ease of use and convenience. The AHU filter is placed inside the rotary fixture located within the AHU filter cleaning booth. Once the cycle starts, the door automatically closes, and the filter begins rotating while air purging is performed. Pressure washing is then carried out using a special nozzle arrangement, followed by a drying cycle. After the process is complete, the HVAC filter cleaning booth door opens, and the clean and completely dry filter can be unloaded. The Filter Cleaning Machine is available in both FLP (Flameproof) and NON-FLP models, catering to different safety requirements and standards.
PROCESS:
Filter cleaning is done in the following HVAC Cleaning procedure
1. Loading the AHU filter in Rotary basket.
2. Door closes & Basket rotates.
3. Air purging to remove dust.
4. High pressure spray.
5. Compressed air blowing.
6. Hot Air blowing.
7. Door open & unload the cleaned filter.
