TOP LOADING ROTARY COMPONENT CLEANING MACHINE
Description :
Our Rotary table washing machines have been meticulously designed to provide fast and efficient cleaning of manufactured components. They are ideal for parts with simple geometry, whether it's a batch of small parts loaded on a basket or individual big parts on fixtures. In our Rotary Table Spray Washers, the components are loaded onto a Rotary basket, which rotates at a slow speed, driven by a motor and gearbox arrangement.
During the rotation, a solution consisting of water along with alkaline from the tank is pumped with the help of a High-Pressure pump to the wash chamber of the Top Loading spray washer. The solution is then directed through inline filters and spray nozzles located above, below, and to the sides of the rotary table, ensuring a higher degree of cleaning results. The used solution from the wash chamber drains back to the tank via a basket filter. For monitoring the line pressure, a spray pressure indicator (Glycerine-filled pressure gauge) is provided, and there is a low water level indication and a Digital temperature indicator cum controller on the control panel.
Our Rotary Component Washing Machine uses only hot water and biodegradable Alkaline detergent products, making it environmentally friendly and safe for the operator.
